Product Quality Manager


We seek an assiduous Product Quality Manager to ensure that our products meet all necessary requirements before they reach the end user.



The Product Quality Manager will partner with end users, or their representatives, to qualify the successful delivery of product features and functionality to make sure it has been built according to specified requirements and meets end user’s expectations.

Examples of end users or their representatives include:

  • The operations manager for backend functionalities
  • The customer success manager for customer facing functionalities

A great Product Quality Manager is thorough and observant with an eye for detail. They must fully understand the requirements for the product and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers. They should be aware of the features and functionalities offered by the competition as well,

The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable of driving sustainable growth.


  • Understand and document user needs and requirements
  • Discuss the business needs and requirements with the Product Owner. Work with the Product Owner to create the description of the requirements in the appropriate platform(s) (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
  • Manage and run a process for User Acceptance Testing (e.g. prepare and execute Test cases and test data,)
  • Manage and run regression testing
  • Obtain development progress updates and release notifications and use these to:
    • 1. Schedule user acceptance tests with the appropriate parties
    • 2. Notify users of any delivery delays
    • 3. Prepare release notes for users
  • Obtain feedback from users to assess whether their requirements are met
  • Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with the Test Automation Engineer
  • Approve successfully delivered functionalities and features or reject defective or inadequate deliveries by informing stakeholders of the outcome providing the Product Owner and the Test Automation Engineer with the details of any rejection
  • Constantly search for opportunities to improve our products and develop new efficient procedures
  • Cooperate with Operations manager to help with fixing production issues (e.g. hotfixes testing)
  • Cooperate on and help with improving Release management process
  • Prepare and run internal demo of functionalities


  • 5+ years of working experience with exposure to IT systems with complex business processes and planning for functional testing, impact analysis of changes, and regression testing
  • Experience creating well defined and documented test strategy, plans, test cases and test results
  • Well versed in Jira and Confluence
  • Enthusiastic interest in technology and/or finance
  • Knowledge of online payments, SEPA Direct Debit, SEPA Credit Transfer, Request-To-Pay, plus an understanding of B2B and international online payments is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace is preferred
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
